Wait, is Spring, TX the same as Spring Branch in Houston?
No. Spring is North Harris County, up near The Woodlands and Klein. Spring Branch is a neighborhood in west Houston. The name overlap confuses people, especially when they’re searching for local contractors. Our Spring, TX service area covers the North Harris suburb north of Beltway 8 near FM 2920 and I-45, not the inner-Houston neighborhood.
How far is the drive from Friendswood, and do you charge travel?
About 45 miles one way. We don’t charge travel for Spring, Klein, or Woodlands-adjacent work, it’s in our regular coverage area. For commercial projects anywhere in the North Harris metro, call us and we’ll confirm on the walk-through. Larger multi-day jobs, we sometimes stage equipment overnight near the site.
Does Spring need moisture mitigation like League City does?
Usually less often. Sandy-loam soil around Spring drains better than the clay-soil bay country, and fewer slabs read wet enough to need a standalone mitigation layer. That said, we calcium-chloride test every slab. Sometimes a Spring slab does flag (especially in lower-lying lots or after a wet season), and we’d rather know than guess.
What does a typical Spring garage install cost?
