Tomball Service Menu

Coating systems for Tomball homes and commercial spaces.

Tomball spans from the historic downtown area to current build-out subdivisions along Hwy 249 and Grand Parkway 99. The slab range here mirrors that range: 1950s downtown commercial, 1980s residential, and new-pour residential in current subdivisions. Every era gets the prep it needs.

Flake Epoxy for Garages+

Chip-broadcast flake epoxy is the most-requested residential system we install in Tomball. It hides surface pitting and hairline cracks, resists tire marks and oil staining, and gives garages a clean professional look with slip-resistant texture. Of everything we install it’s the gentlest on the budget, and the rate still includes full diamond grinding, a moisture barrier when the slab requires it, and a commercial-grade polyaspartic topcoat. Full flake system details here.

Metallic Epoxy Showroom Floors+

Metallic epoxy is our premium residential and commercial finish. No two floors look the same: the metallic pigments move and pool differently on every slab, creating a one-of-a-kind result. Good fit for Tomball showrooms, luxury garages, restaurants, and retail. Costs more per foot than anything else on our list, and it should, because it’s built by hand on your slab. Metallic epoxy details here.

Polished Concrete+

Diamond-ground, densified, and burnished concrete that turns the slab itself into the finish floor. No topcoat to peel. Life-of-building durability when the substrate is right. Good fit for Tomball warehouses, retail, restaurants, offices, and modern residential. Priced under the epoxies per foot, and it keeps getting friendlier as the commercial square footage climbs. Polished concrete details here.

Patio & Exterior Coatings+

UV-stable polyaspartic and exterior specialty systems for Tomball patios, pool decks, driveways, and covered outdoor areas. Purpose-built for Texas sun and Houston humidity. Interior epoxy outside will chalk and peel within a season. We won’t install that at an exterior site. Exterior concrete details here.

Solid Color Epoxy+

Clean, flat finish for Tomball garages, workshops, and utility rooms. Chemical durability, easy to maintain, visually tidy. Good choice for commercial and industrial spaces that want a professional look without the texture variation of flake. Solid color details here.

Stained Concrete+

Natural organic color directly on the existing slab. Acid or water-based stain, sealed with UV-stable topcoat. Good fit for Tomball homeowners who want to keep the concrete character rather than cover it with epoxy. Stained concrete details here.

Why Tomball Hires Us

Prep is 80% of the job.

The Tomball area sits on the Cypress Creek watershed drainage plain with a water table that affects some slabs more than others depending on lot elevation. We test every slab. New construction in current Tomball subdivisions tends to have cleaner moisture readings than older in-fill lots.

Commercial epoxy in Tomball’s growing business corridor along Hwy 249 is a regular part of our work. Warehouse, retail, and light-industrial floors in Tomball use the same commercial-grade system as our Ship Channel commercial work at comparable per-square-foot pricing.

Tomball FAQs

Questions we hear from Tomball homeowners.

Do you serve the newer subdivisions on the Tomball Parkway?

Yes. The new-build subdivisions along Grand Parkway and Hwy 249 are a growing part of our northwest Houston territory. New-pour slabs in those subdivisions need curing compound removal and diamond grinding before coating, even though the concrete looks clean. We include that in every scope.

What does epoxy prep look like in Tomball?

Every install starts with diamond grinding to open the concrete surface to CSP 3-4 profile. We run a calcium-chloride moisture test, route and fill any cracks, and apply a moisture barrier when the test reading calls for it. Prep is typically half or more of the total install time. Skipping it is the primary reason coatings fail.

How much does a Tomball garage floor cost?

We charge by the square foot and the system sets the rate. Flake and solid color epoxy are the budget-friendly choices and go into most Tomball garages and shops. Metallic is the top-tier finish and priced there because of the labor it takes. Polished concrete lands below both per foot and scales well on larger commercial floors. Every rate already includes full prep, moisture treatment when needed, and a commercial-grade topcoat. It goes to you in writing with the scope itemized so there are no add-ons on install day.

Do you offer free quotes in Tomball?

Yes. Justin or a member of the team walks the slab, runs a moisture test, documents any repairs needed, and gives you a written scope and price. No high-pressure tactics. If the slab isn’t a good candidate for coating, we’ll tell you that before you commit to anything.

How long does a Tomball install take?

Most residential garage installs run one to two days. Foot traffic at 24 hours, vehicle traffic at 72 hours. Larger commercial installs are scoped individually. Older slabs with more prep work take longer and we price that into the scope at quote time.

What neighborhoods do you cover in Tomball?

We cover all of Tomball: Hwy 249, Spring Cypress Road, Grand Parkway, Downtown Tomball. No travel surcharges within our service area.

Can I see examples of your work near Tomball?
